Low interest rate @ 5% Fixed
Tenure up to 15 years
Loan up to RM 100, 000

Requirement (Kelayakan):-
1) Permanent staff with min employment of year (Pekerja kerajaan tetap kerja > 1 tahun)
2) Age between 21-57 (Berumur di antara 21 – 57 tahun)
3) Minimum monthly income RM 1000 (Pendapatan minimum RM 1000 sebulan)

Documents required (Dokumen diperlukan):-
1) Copy of NRIC - CTC by HOD / HR (Salinan IC – disahkan oleh ketua pejabat / unit gaji)
2) Latest 3 months copy of payslips - CTC by HOD / HR (3 bulan salinan slip gaji - disahkan oleh ketua pejabat / unit gaji)
3) Latest 1 month original payslips (1 bulan slip gaji asal yang terkini )
4) Copy of bank account book - CTC by HOD / HR (Salinan muka surat pertama buku simpanan - disahkan oleh ketua pejabat / unit gaji)

Cautious when you buy...

It is bad experience to me and this is the first time I encountered.

Yesterday I went shopping in Tesco MD to purchase some grocery. There are some promoters very hardworking to promote their companies' products.

Initially I want to purchase Tropicana brand orange juice. Nestle's promoter has recommend their new 100% orange juice and I decided to try it. He gave me a packet of the orange juice. I paid the goods and went home happily.

Today when I want to drink the orange juice, I realised that the orange juice that I bought already opened! This has shock me. Normally, I will check when I buy but this time I have forgotten just because I trust the promoter.

Heard that Tesco is allow to exchange / refundable within 7 days. Hope they allow me to do so.
